Property Management Company - Survey & Removal

Our client is one of the leading landlords in central London, owning over 1200 properties in a prestigious area. 

We were requested to conduct a survey of an unoccupied five storey terraced dwelling, analyse the samples taken and produce a full report and database showing the type and location of all asbestos present. 

On receipt of this report, we were asked to produce the tender specification for the complete removal of the asbestos and to select a licenced contractor.  We then employed the successful contractor and supervised the contract for the removal process. 

The property was then handed back to the client, clear of asbestos.
